DESCRIPTION:Here it is again - the caving event of the year! Bungonia Paloo
 za 2023!\n\nBungonia Palooza is a weekend for cavers of all levels to come
  and do some serious caving and make new underground friends. Think of it 
 as a mini winter Boree Log... but muddier.\n\nIt will include cave trips\,
  cave speed runs\, canyon and climbing trips\, and cool camping and hangin

 ______\n\nDue to the number of people coming to Bungonia Palooza\, there a
 re a few steps to signing up. Please read carefully in order to make sure 
 you get what you want out of the weekend.\n\n1. Sign up for this trip on t
 he UNSWOC page! Make sure in your booking to include the following - your 
 name\, facebook link\, skill level (see below)\, medical issues\, if you h
 ave a car\, and MOST IMPORTANTLY your favourite cave! (i know no-one knows
  cave names\, but google cool caves and write the coolest one you see! My 
 fave is The Cave of Crystals in Mexico). Bungonia Palooza is in high deman
 d and you will not be accepted unless you follow these instructions!\n\n2.
  Have a look at the trips offered below and your skill level and choose wh
 ich trips (+ backups) you want to go on. These will be released as individ
 ual trips in about a week.\n\n3. Sign up for your Saturday and Sunday trip
 \n\n4. Facebook groups will be made to organise car pooling\, tent sharing
 \, gear hauling etc.\n\n5. Pack your gear and come caving!!\n\n___________

  levels:\n\nBeginner: what is a cave? what is a rope? You might not know b
 ut you are keen to find out!\n\nIntermediate: maybe you've been caving bef
 ore. Maybe you haven't\, but you've been lead climbing or canyoning or hav
 e other rope skills and experience at heights.\n\nAdvanced: you have exper
 ience ascending ropes in caves - jumarring or prusicking\n\n______________
 ______________________________________________________________\n\nTHE TRIP
 S:\n\nB4-5 CAVE\nA super fun horizontal (no abseils) cave in Bungonia. Ver
 y maze-like with lots of squeezes and small climbs and crossroads.\nBeginn
 er - anyone fit can come.\n\nGRILL CAVE\nA pretty cave with lots of ladder
 s and caverns filled with stalagmites and stalactites.\nBeginner - anyone 
 fit can come.\n\nBLOWFLY CAVE\nSuper fun cave with interesting squeezes\, 
 climby bits\, and an abseil and jumar.\nIntermediate - people with rope ex
 perience preferred.\n\nCAVE EXPLORATION\nYou'll never know what caves you 
 could find. Come jump into a variety of holes with varying levels of diffi
 culty and technicality.\nIntermediate - people with rope experience prefer
 red\n\nCLIMBING\n\nA short stroll away are some beautiful limestone cliffs
 . Anyone keen is welcome!\n\nBUNGONIA CREEK CANYON\nA beautiful canyon for
  those who enjoy seeing the sky. Abseil past big waterfalls and trek out t
 hrough the Bungonia National Park. Best of all\, no rope ascending!\nInter
 mediate - super keen people with or without rope experience.\n\nWHITE TRAC
 K HIKE\n\nA 6.8km day hike taking you past stunning lookouts and and along
  the Shoalhaven River. A great option after you do a big cave or canyon th
 en party Saturday night.\n\nBeginner - anyone can come.\n\n_______________
