 ------------------\n\nHi guys!\n\nThis is a beginner-friendly caving trip 
 for those of us who enjoy crawling around in dark\, damp hobbit holes. We 
 have space for about 20 beginners\, plan is to do around 2 caves.\n\nYou w
 ill need:\n\n- a headlight (Caves are dark. Very\, very dark). Also a back
 -up torch in case your headlight dies.\n- batteries for these lights.\n- a
  helmet.\n- clothes that can and will get dirty. If you can get your hands
  on a pair of coveralls\, that is ideal. Just remember\, anything going in
 to the cave is unavoidably coming out trashed.\n- closed shoes with good t
 raction\, e.g. gumboots or volleys.\n- water/lunch.\n\nAll of these things
  are pretty essential for going into a cave\, so you unfortunately cannot 
 come if you don't have them on the day :)\n\nIf you have any questions\, c
