DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nSIGNUPS WILL OPEN UP AT 9PM MONDAY 15/07
 \n\nSign up for ONE Saturday and ONE Sunday trip. If you do not get acc
 epted on your first choice trip then you may sign up for a different one. 
 (Same format as Boree Log!). You must be signed up to the main event to si
 gn up to individual trips\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDidn't get enough squeezing i
 n on Saturday? Looking to up close and personal with the ground? Come join
  us in Bungonia's longest cave as we attempt to foray as far as we can go 
 in B4-5 extension! Perhaps this year we'll get through all 1.5kms and see 
 St Patrick's Lake!\n\nWe'll be crawling through the Rat Run before doing s
 ome stretches at the Coffin Chamber. And then some more crawling\, with so
 me rest spots at Traditional Resting Place\, and Largest Chamber. Then it'
 ll go all downhill as we enter the Lavatory Pan Squeeze for more crawling.
 ...\n\n\nGiven the length and lack of breadth\, this will be an intermedia
 te caving trip with a small group.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat YOU need:\n
 \n 	Helmet*\n 	Headlight and spare batteries\n 	Spare light source + spare
  batteries (a malfunction of primary light would be quite inconvenient)\n 
 	Shoes you're not afraid to get muddy / dirty\n 	Thermal top &amp\; therma
 l bottoms\n 	Small bottle of water\n 	Personal medications (epipen\, inhal
 er etc)\n 	Dry bag\n 	Snacks / small lunch\n 	Old shirt / pants / overalls
  you can wear inside the cave\n 	Small backpack to carry your things\n 	Gl
 oves (eg gardening gloves) - optional\n 	Soft knee pads - optional\n\n*The
 se can be borrowed from the club on the morning of\n\n\n\n\n\nWhen signing
  up for this trip\, please make sure to include a) any previous caving or 
 climbing / bouldering experience\, and b) what gear you will need to borro
 w and c) what your favourite snack is!
