 ;\nSign up for ONE Saturday and ONE Sunday trip. If you do not get acce
 pted on your first choice trip then you may sign up for a different one. (
 Same format as Boree Log!). You must be signed up to the main event to sig
 n up to individual trips\n\n\n\n\n\nB4-5 (although we will probably run fr
 om B5 to B4) is a great beginner to almost intermediate cave for those who
  yearn to feel what it's like to be a cave rat\, or perhaps an extra explo
 ratory child. Filled with cool fossils\, optional squeezes and plenty of a
 dventure\, this mostly horizontal cave is a great time! Expect a few climb
 s\, scrambling and some squeezes.\n\nIt'll begin with a squeeze down a ver
 tical hole into a larger chamber where we will clamber up into a tunnel. f
 rom here it's a few turns to a rite of passage aptly named the hairy trave
 rse where you'll learn how up close and personal you can get with a lovely
  bit of chain. One of the few times in life you can shout "OFF THE CHAIN" 
 un-ironically. A few more ups\, downs and arounds leads us to Kings Cross 
 which provides a variety of routes to run about and explore - see if you c
 an spot the fossils!. Once we've had our fun and not gotten too lost\, it'
 ll be time for another crawl and three climbs protected by hand lines to a
  metal ladder that will lead back to the surface.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWha
 t YOU need:\n\n 	Helmet*\n 	Headlight and spare batteries\n 	Spare light s
 ource + spare batteries (a malfunction of primary light would be quite inc
 onvenient)\n 	Shoes you're not afraid to get muddy / dirty\n 	Small bottle
  of water\n 	Personal medications (epipen\, inhaler etc)\n 	Snacks / small
  lunch\n 	Old shirt / pants / overalls you can wear inside the cave\n 	Sma
 ll backpack to carry your things\n 	Gloves (eg gardening gloves)\n 	\n\n*T
 hese can be borrowed from the club on the morning of\n\n\n\nWhilst a Begin
 ner cave\, B4-5 is more technically challenging than Grill and requires so
 me climbing and laddering experience. When signing up for this trip\, plea
 se make sure to include a) any previous abseiling and ascending experience
 \, and b) what gear you will need to borrow and c) what your favourite ty
 pe of cave formation is!
