 he canyon has a few abseils towards the beginning and you must know how to
  swim!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nYou will need:\n\n 	To be keen\, know how to swim and
  (ideally) know how to abseil.\n 	Enclosed shoes with good grip e.g. volle
 ys\n 	Wollen socks\n 	Boardshorts to wear on top of a wetsuit\n 	Thermals\
 n 	A spare layer e.g. fleece or raincoat\n 	2 l water\n 	Food and snacks\n
  	Sunscreen\n 	Personal medication\n 	Headtorch\n 	A dry bag*\n 	A backpac
 k to fit all your gear in that you down mind getting wet\n 	Wetsuit*\n 	He
