DESCRIPTION:Hey there friends\n\nKeen for a night of feasting and boozing b
 ut don’t want it to be unearned?\nCome join Dion and I for an adventure 
 down the lower part of the North branch of Bowens creek!\nThis full day ad
 venture will include jumping\, abseiling\, wading and swimming and general
  awesomeness so a reasonable fitness level is needed and being able to swi
 m is a MUST.\nBeginners are very welcome on this trip\n\nNote that this is
  trip #2 because we will be leaving slightly later than the first group\n\
 nPlease bring:\n\n 	Thermals + dry bag (DRY SET in a dry bag – this is b
 ack-up in case we get benighted and need to dry off to warm up)\n 	No cott
 on\n 	Woolen socks (no cotton\, please)\n 	Lunch and other snacks\n 	Water
  (at least 1L\, but 2L is preferable)\n 	Closed toe shoes such a joggers (
 runners) or volleys. If you wear thongs or sandals\, we are leaving you at
  camp.\n 	A suitable backpack to carry everything (expect everything in yo
 ur back-pack to get wet – thus why you need the dry bags)\n 	Headtorch (
 can be bought for like $11 from Anaconda) – in case we need to walk out 
 in the dark\n\nGear club should have (but bring if you have it):\n\n 	Wets
 uit (very much recommended for the swims. If you really can’t find one\,
  a back up is to wear thermals\, and bring a waterproof/windproof jacket t
 o help keep out the chill once you’re wet)\n 	helmet\,\n 	harness\,\n 	s
 afety sling\,\n 	locking carabinerX2\,\n 	ATC (or other abseil device)\,\n
