 veryone!\n\nBoree Log\, the most highly anticipated event in the club cale
 ndar\, is right around the corner!! For anyone who hasn’t been to a prev
 ious Boree Log\, get ready a weekend of camping\, partying\, and outdoors 
 fun! \n\nThis term Boree Log will be held at Cathedral Reserve Campground
  in Mount Wilson\, and our theme is 'Welcome to the circus'. It's everyone
 's favourite time of year\; the circus is in town!! From lions to clowns 
 to sword swallowers and more\, prepare to entertain the flocking masses\, 
 we want YOU to dress up as your favourite Circus attraction. \n\n Anyone 
 who dresses up gets dinner first on Saturday Night  AND The Best Costume 
 gets a Prize (ooooh)\n\n\n\nItinerary:\n\nFriday 17th of October\n\n 	Most
  people arrive on Friday evening - make sure you get there with enough lig
 ht to set up your tent!\n 	We will be running social activities from 5pm o
 nwards including frisbee\, slackline\, and other games (feel free to bing 
 your own)\n 	You will need to sort out your own dinner for Friday night\, 
 we suggest organising meals with friends to make things a bit easier\n\n&n
 bsp\;\n\nSaturday 18th of October\n\n 	Everyone will split into smaller gr
 oups for trips! The trips leave early so it’s best to drive up Friday ni
 ght\n 	In the arvo we will all return to the campground and everyone will 
 get into their costumes for the evening activities\n 	Over the course of t
 he afternoon there will be various circus activities available at the camp
 site (gift of the late great Circsoc)\n 	We will provide you with a delici
 ous dinner cooked by our Head Chef Hammy (let us know your dietary require
 ments in the comments)\n 	People who are dressed up get to eat first!\n 	F
 ollowing dinner we will be awarding the prize for best dressed and carryin
 g out the beloved club tradition\, Punch of Punishment where you can nomin
 ate your friends who have done something silly or stupid on outdoor trips 
 to drink from the Punch (doesn't have to be with the club) using this form

 nd before splitting up again for more trips\n 	Everyone will be heading st
 raight back to Sydney from their trips so don’t leave anything at the ca

 l be posted on the website on Saturday the 4th of October. Have a read th
 rough of the different trips and be ready to sign up by Monday the 6th of 
 October at 7am. You may only choose one trip on each day to sign up for.\n
 \n\n\nSigning Up:\n\nMake sure you check what time sign ups open for both 
 the main event and individual trips! Spots are limited and in high demand 
 so make sure you get in quick! It is first come first serve\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n
  	Main event sign ups open Monday the 29th of September at 7am! Make sure 
 you are logged into the website or you won’t be able to request a spot\n
  	In your sign up request\, make sure to tell us if you have a car\, how m
 any people you can take and where from\, and any dietary requirements \n 
 	WAIT FOR APPROVAL! All main event approvals will be finalised by Friday t
 he 3rd of October\n\n 	Once you have been approved to the main event\, req
 uest to sign up to ONE Saturday trip and ONE Sunday trip only (If you appl
 y to multiple you WILL be rejected).\nInformation on individual day trips 
 will be released on Saturday the 4th of October. Sign ups for these will o
 pen Monday the 6th of October at 7am! \n 	Individual Trip signups will be
  approved by Friday the 10th of October\n 	Organise car pooling via the sh
 ared Google sheet (to be linked once attendees are confirmed) – find som
 eone driving from near you and message them to ask if they have a spot for
  you. Fill out the Google sheet once you have a spot and bring some cash o
 n the day to reimburse them for petrol\n 	Go shopping for the gear the clu
 b does not provide (more details on this below\, including tents\, sleepin
 g bags\, mats\, drinking water\, food\, head torches etc) \n 	Get excited
  ‘cos you’re about to go away for the best weekend!!!!\n\n\n\n\nWhat t
 o Bring?\n\n 	Food and Water –There is NO drinking water at the campgrou
 nd so bring your own! Ensure you have a water container that can carry at 
 least 2L for your day trips! It can get quite hot during the day. We will 
 only be providing dinner on Saturday night\, you will need to provide your
  own food for all other meals. There is also no power so bring a camping c
 ooker or food that doesn’t need to be cooked\n 	Tent – If you have you
 r own tent\, please bring it. The club has a very limited number of tents 
 that can be borrowed from the gear cupboard\, these are first come first s
 erved.\n 	Sleeping Bag and Sleeping Mat – These are a necessity as it wi
 ll be chilly\, these are both available from the gear cupboard if you don'
 t have your own but get in quick.\n 	WARM CLOTHES – We’re hoping for w
 arm weather and clear skies\, please be prepared for cold nights and rain 
 if need be!\n 	All Technical Equipment (e.g. harnesses\, rope\, helmets) w
 ill be provided by the club at Boree Log for those who don’t have their 
 own. You do not borrow this gear from the gear cupboard beforehand.\n 	If 
 you are canyoning\, bring your own wetsuit if you have one (though the clu
 b does have ones that can be borrowed)\, also bring thermals as it will be
  particularly cold in canyons!\n 	Check this packing list if you are unsur
 e what else to bring.\n 	Personal items (e.g. toiletries\, face mask\, hea
 d torches\, rain jackets\, day pack\, personal first aid kits\, SUNSCREEN\
 , cutlery\, plate/bowl\, water bottle\, alcohol for Saturday night if you 
 want)\n 	If you’ve read all the info up to here\, thank you. In your com
 ment\, tell me what your favourite circus act is (it will greatly improve 
 your chances of getting a spot as we know you’ve actually read the info)
 . Don’t forget to also include how many spots you’ll have in your car 
 if applicable\, dietary requirements\, and if you will only be attending o
 ne of the days.\n\n\n\n\nWhat if I just want to come and camp\, but not go
  on trips?\n\nThis is totally alright\, just let us know in your signup co
 mment that you are only coming to camp. We will also release a Camping Onl
 y Event closer to the weekend. Note\, you can’t change your mind about t
 his when you get to Boree Log because all the individual trips will be ful
 l by then!\n\n\n\nFrequently Asked Questions:\n\nQ: Can I bring a hairdrye
 r/microwave?\n\nA: No\, we have no power at the campground. And yes we hav
 e been asked this before\n\nQ: Are there any toilet facilities?\n\nA: Ther
 e are drop toilets. No running water. Please bring toilet paper!\n\nQ: Is 
 there cell service at the campsite?\n\nA: There is NO RECEPTION at this si
