 nBoree Log is right around the corner\, the perfect way to kick off your m
 id term break\, so get excited!! For anyone who hasn’t been to a previou
 s Boree Log\, get ready for the best event of the year\, a weekend of camp
 ing\, partying\, and outdoors fun! \n\nThis term Boree Log will be held a
 t Cathedral Reserve Campground in Mount Wilson\, and our theme is Hectic H
 ollywood! We want to see you dressed up as your favourite movie characters
  and actors from the biggest Hollywood blockbusters! There will be a prize
  for the best costume!!\n\n\n\n\nItinerary:\n\nFriday 11th of October\n\n 
 	Most people arrive on Friday evening - make sure you get there with enoug
 h light to set up your tent!\n 	We will be running social activities from 
 5pm onwards including frisbee\, slackline\, a movie\, and more! Feel free 
 to bring your own games as well\n 	You will need to sort out your own dinn
 er for Friday night\, we suggest organising meals with friends to make thi
 ngs a bit easier\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nSaturday 12th of October\n\n 	Everyone will
  split into smaller groups for trips! The trips leave early so it’s best
  to drive up Friday night\n 	In the arvo we will all return to the campgro
 und and everyone will get into their costumes for the evening activities\n
  	We will provide you with a delicious dinner cooked by our Head Chef Hamm
 y (let us know your dietary requirements in the comments)\n 	Following din
 ner we will be awarding the prize for best dressed and carrying out the be
 loved club tradition\, Punch of Punishment (Use this form to nominate your
  friends who have done something silly\, stupid or slightly irresponsible 
 on outdoor trips)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nSunday 13th of October\n\n 	Pack up and cl
 ean up the campground before splitting up again for more trips\n 	Everyone
  will be heading straight back to Sydney from their trips so don’t leave

 \nSigning Up:\n\nMake sure you check what time sign ups open for both the 
 main event and individual trips! Spots are limited and in high demand so m
 ake sure you get in quick! It is first come first serve\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n 	Ma
 in event sign ups open Monday the 23rd of September at 8am! Make sure you 
 are logged into the website or you won’t be able to request a spot\n 	In
  your sign up request\, make sure to tell us if you have a car\, how many 
 people you can take and where from\, and any dietary requirements \n 	WAI
 T FOR APPROVAL! All main event approvals will be finalised by Friday the 2
 7th of September\n 	Once you have been approved to the main event\, reques
 t to sign up to ONE Saturday trip and ONE Sunday trip only. Information on
  individual day trips will be released on Friday the 27th of September. Si
 gn ups for these will open Monday the 30th of September at 8am! \n 	Indiv
 idual Trip signups will be approved by Friday the 4th of October\n 	Organi
 se car pooling via the shared Google sheet (to be linked once attendees ar
 e confirmed) – find someone driving from near you and message them to as
 k if they have a spot for you. Fill out the Google sheet once you have a s
 pot and bring some cash on the day to reimburse them for petrol\n 	Go shop
 ping for the gear the club does not provide (more details on this below\, 
 including tents\, sleeping bags\, mats\, drinking water\, food\, head torc
 hes etc) \n 	Get excited ‘cos you’re about to go away for the best we
 ekend!!!!\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring?\n\n 	Food and Water –There is NO drink
 ing water at the campground so bring your own! Ensure you have a water con
 tainer that can carry at least 2L for your day trips! It can get quite hot
  during the day. We will only be providing dinner on Saturday night\, you 
 will need to provide your own food for all other meals. There is also no p
 ower so bring a camping cooker or food that doesn’t need to be cooked\n 
 	Tent – If you have your own tent\, please bring it. The club has a very
  limited number of tents that can be borrowed from the gear cupboard\, the
 se are first come first served.\n 	Sleeping Bag and Sleeping Mat – You n
 eed to bring your own as it may be chilly\, and a yoga mat/blanket might n
 ot be a fun night’s sleep for you\n 	WARM CLOTHES – We’re hoping for
  warm weather and clear skies\, please be prepared for cold nights and rai
 n if need be!\n 	All Technical Equipment (e.g. harnesses\, rope\, helmets)
  will be provided by the club at Boree Log for those who don’t have thei
 r own. You do not borrow this gear from the gear cupboard beforehand.\n 	I
 f you are canyoning\, bring your own wetsuit if you have one (though the c
 lub does have ones that can be borrowed)\, also bring thermals as it will 
 be particularly cold in canyons!\n 	Check this packing list if you are uns
 ure what else to bring.\n 	Personal items (e.g. toiletries\, face mask\, h
 ead torches\, rain jackets\, day pack\, personal first aid kits\, SUNSCREE
 N\, cutlery\, plate/bowl\, water bottle\, alcohol for Saturday night if yo
 u want)\n 	If you’ve read all the info up to here\, thank you. In your c

 greatly improve your chances of getting a spot as we know you’ve actuall
 y read the info). Don’t forget to also include how many spots you’ll h

 amp\, but not go on trips?\n\nThis is totally alright\, just let us know i
 n your signup comment that you are only coming to camp. We will also relea
 se a Camping Only Event closer to the weekend. Note\, you can’t change y
 our mind about this when you get to Boree Log because all the individual t
 rips will be full by then!\n\n\n\nFrequently Asked Questions:\n\nQ: Can I 
 bring a hairdryer/microwave?\n\nA: No\, we have no power at the campground
 . And yes we have been asked this before\n\nQ: Are there any toilet facili
 ties?\n\nA: There are drop toilets. No running water. Please bring toilet 
 paper!\n\nQ: Is there cell service at the campsite?\n\nA: There is NO RECE
