 \nBoree Log\, the most highly anticipated event in the club calendar\, is 
 right around the corner!! For anyone who hasn’t been to a previous Boree
   Log\, get ready a weekend of camping\, partying\, and outdoors fun! \n\
 nThis term Boree Log will be held at Cathedral Reserve Campground in Mount
  Wilson\, and our theme is 'Minion Takeover'\, an army of minions is swarm
 ing The blue mountains and we need you to join us. You need to bring a co
 stume to dress up as a minion from despicable me (depicted to the left) on
  Saturday evening\n\n Everyone who dresses up gets dinner cooked for them 
 on Saturday Night  AND The Best Costume gets a Prize (ooooh)\n\nYou need 
 to bring a costume or you will\n not be provided dinner on saturday!\n\n\n
 \nItinerary:\n\nFriday 20th of March\n\n 	Most people arrive on Friday eve
 ning - make sure you get there with enough light to set up your tent!\n 	W
 e will be running social activities from 5pm onwards including frisbee\, s
 lackline\, and other games (feel free to bring your own)\n 	You will need 
 to sort out your own dinner for Friday night\, we suggest organising meals
  with friends to make things a bit easier\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nSaturday 21st of M
 arch\n\n 	Everyone will split into smaller groups for trips! The trips lea
 ve early so it’s best to drive up Friday night\n 	In the arvo we will al
 l return to the campground and everyone will get into their costumes for t
 he evening activities\n 	Over the course of the afternoon there will be va
 rious games and activities at the campground (feel free to bring a ball or
  something similar to throw around)\n 	We will provide all our minions wit
 h a delicious dinner cooked by our Head Chef Hammy (let us know your dieta
 ry requirements in the comments)\n 	Following dinner we will be awarding t
 he prize for best dressed and carrying out the beloved club tradition Punc
 h of Punishment where you can nominate your friends who have done somethin
 g silly or stupid on outdoor trips to drink from the Punch (doesn't have t
 o be with the club) using This form \n\nSunday 22nd of March\n\n 	Pack up
  and clean up the campground before splitting up again for more trips\n 	E
 veryone will be heading straight back to Sydney from their trips so don’
 t leave anything at the campground\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nTrip Schedule:\n\nAll
  trip info* will be posted on the website on Friday 6th of March. Have a 
 read through of the different trips and be ready to sign up by Monday the
  9th of March at 7am. You may only choose one trip on each day to sign up 
 for.\n\n*Mountain biking will be posted and open on Wednesday the 4th of m
 arch to allow adequate planning time for a carpool.\n\n\n\nSigning Up:\n\n
 Make sure you check what time sign ups open for both the main event and in
 dividual trips! Spots are limited and in high demand so make sure you get 
 in quick! It is first come first serve\n\n 	Main event sign ups open Wedne
 sday 4th of March at 7am! Make sure you are logged into the website or you
  won’t be able to request a spot\n 	In your sign up request\, make sure 
 to tell us if you have a car\, how many people you can take and where from
 \, and any dietary requirements \n 	WAIT FOR APPROVAL! Main event approva
 ls will be finalised by Sunday the 8th of March\n\n 	Once you have been ap
 proved to the main event\, request to sign up to ONE Saturday trip and ONE
  Sunday trip only (If you apply to multiple you WILL be rejected).\nInform
 ation on individual day trips will be released on Friday the 6th of March.
  Sign ups for these will open Monday the 9th of March at 7am! \n 	Individ
 ual Trip signups will be approved by Friday the 15th of March\n 	Organise 
 car pooling via the shared Google sheet (to be linked once attendees are c
 onfirmed) – find someone driving from near you and message them to ask i
 f they have a spot for you. Fill out the Google sheet once you have a spot
  and bring some cash on the day to reimburse them for petrol\n 	Go shoppin
 g for the gear the club does not provide (more details on this below\, inc
 luding tents\, sleeping bags\, mats\, drinking water\, food\, head torches
  etc) \n 	Get excited ‘cos you’re about to go away for the best weeke
 nd!!!!\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring?\n\n 	Minion Costume for Saturday night - No
  food if you don't bring this!!!\n 	Food and Water –There is NO drinking
  water at the campground so bring your own! Ensure you have a water contai
 ner that can carry at least 2L for your day trips! It can get quite hot du
 ring the day. We will only be providing dinner on Saturday night\, you wil
 l need to provide your own food for all other meals. There is also no powe
 r so bring a camping cooker or food that doesn’t need to be cooked\n 	Te
 nt – If you have your own tent\, please bring it. The club has a very li
 mited number of tents that can be borrowed from the gear cupboard\, these 
 are first come first served.\n 	Sleeping Bag and Sleeping Mat – These ar
 e a necessity as it will be chilly\, these are both available from the gea
 r cupboard if you don't have your own but get in quick.\n 	Rain Coat - It 
 can get very wet at Cathedral of ferns\, we will not have spares\n 	WARM C
 LOTHES – We’re hoping for warm weather and clear skies\, please be pre
 pared for cold nights and rain if need be!\n 	All Technical Equipment (e.g
 . harnesses\, rope\, helmets) will be provided by the club at Boree Log fo
 r those who don’t have their own. You do not borrow this gear from the g
 ear cupboard beforehand.\n 	If you are canyoning\, bring your own wetsuit 
 if you have one (though the club does have ones that can be borrowed)\, al
 so bring thermals as it will be particularly cold in canyons!\n 	Check thi
 s packing list if you are unsure what else to bring.\n 	Personal items (e.
 g. toiletries\, face mask\, head torches\, rain jackets\, day pack\, perso
 nal first aid kits\, SUNSCREEN\, cutlery\, plate/bowl\, water bottle\, alc
 ohol for Saturday night if you want)\n 	If you’ve read all the info up t
 o here\, thank you. In your comment\, tell me how you would take over the 
 world as fast as possible (it will greatly improve your chances of getting
  a spot as we know you’ve actually read the info). Don’t forget to als
 o include how many spots you’ll have in your car if applicable\, dietary
  requirements\, and if you will only be attending one of the days.\n\n\n\n
 \nWhat if I just want to come and camp\, but not go on trips?\n\nThis is t
 otally alright\, just let us know in your signup comment that you are only
  coming to camp. We will also release a Camping Only Event closer to the w
 eekend. Note\, you can’t change your mind about this when you get to Bor
 ee Log because all the individual trips will be full by then!\n\n\n\nFrequ

  we have no power at the campground.\n\nQ: Are there any toilet facilities
