 nHey everyone!\n\nBoree Log\, the most highly anticipated event in the clu
 b calendar\, is right around the corner!! For anyone who hasn’t been to 
 a previous Boree Log\, get ready a weekend of camping\, partying\, and out
 doors fun! \n\nThis term Boree Log will be held at Cathedral Reserve Camp
 ground in Mount Wilson\, and our theme is 'When I Grow Up'! From doctors\,
  to pop stars\, to deep sea divers\, we want to see you dressed up as what
  you wanted to be when you were younger! There will be a prize for the bes
 t costume!!\n\n\n\nItinerary:\n\nFriday 21st of March\n\n 	Most people arr
 ive on Friday evening - make sure you get there with enough light to set u
 p your tent!\n 	We will be running social activities from 5pm onwards incl
 uding frisbee\, slackline\, a movie\, and more! Feel free to bring your ow
 n games as well\n 	You will need to sort out your own dinner for Friday ni
 ght\, we suggest organising meals with friends to make things a bit easier
 \n\n&nbsp\;\n\nSaturday 22nd of March\n\n 	Everyone will split into smalle
 r groups for trips! The trips leave early so it’s best to drive up Frida
 y night\n 	In the arvo we will all return to the campground and everyone w
 ill get into their costumes for the evening activities\n 	We will provide 
 you with a delicious dinner cooked by our Head Chef Hammy (let us know you
 r dietary requirements in the comments)\n 	Following dinner we will be awa
 rding the prize for best dressed and carrying out the beloved club traditi
 on\, Punch of Punishment (Use this form to nominate your friends who have 
 done something silly\, stupid or slightly irresponsible on outdoor trips)\

 d before splitting up again for more trips\n 	Everyone will be heading str
 aight back to Sydney from their trips so don’t leave anything at the cam

 e sign ups open for both the main event and individual trips! Spots are li
 mited and in high demand so make sure you get in quick! It is first come f
 irst serve\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n 	Main event sign ups open Monday the 3rd of Marc
 h at 7am! Make sure you are logged into the website or you won’t be able
  to request a spot\n 	In your sign up request\, make sure to tell us if yo
 u have a car\, how many people you can take and where from\, and any dieta
 ry requirements \n 	WAIT FOR APPROVAL! All main event approvals will be f
 inalised by Friday the 7th of March\n 	Once you have been approved to the 
 main event\, request to sign up to ONE Saturday trip and ONE Sunday trip o
 nly. Information on individual day trips will be released on Friday the 7t
 h of March. Sign ups for these will open Monday the 10th of March at 7am!
  \n 	Individual Trip signups will be approved by Friday the 14th of March
 \n 	Organise car pooling via the shared Google sheet (to be linked once at
 tendees are confirmed) – find someone driving from near you and message 
 them to ask if they have a spot for you. Fill out the Google sheet once yo
 u have a spot and bring some cash on the day to reimburse them for petrol\
 n 	Go shopping for the gear the club does not provide (more details on thi
 s below\, including tents\, sleeping bags\, mats\, drinking water\, food\,
  head torches etc) \n 	Get excited ‘cos you’re about to go away for t
 he best weekend!!!!\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring?\n\n 	Food and Water –There i
 s NO drinking water at the campground so bring your own! Ensure you have a
  water container that can carry at least 2L for your day trips! It can get
  quite hot during the day. We will only be providing dinner on Saturday ni
 ght\, you will need to provide your own food for all other meals. There is
  also no power so bring a camping cooker or food that doesn’t need to be
  cooked\n 	Tent – If you have your own tent\, please bring it. The club 
 has a very limited number of tents that can be borrowed from the gear cupb
 oard\, these are first come first served.\n 	Sleeping Bag and Sleeping Mat
  – You need to bring your own as it may be chilly\, and a yoga mat/blank
 et might not be a fun night’s sleep for you\n 	WARM CLOTHES – We’re 
 hoping for warm weather and clear skies\, please be prepared for cold nigh
 ts and rain if need be!\n 	All Technical Equipment (e.g. harnesses\, rope\
 , helmets) will be provided by the club at Boree Log for those who don’t
  have their own. You do not borrow this gear from the gear cupboard before
 hand.\n 	If you are canyoning\, bring your own wetsuit if you have one (th
 ough the club does have ones that can be borrowed)\, also bring thermals a
 s it will be particularly cold in canyons!\n 	Check this packing list if y
 ou are unsure what else to bring.\n 	Personal items (e.g. toiletries\, fac
 e mask\, head torches\, rain jackets\, day pack\, personal first aid kits\
 , SUNSCREEN\, cutlery\, plate/bowl\, water bottle\, alcohol for Saturday n

  In your comment\, tell me what job you'd like to have if could have any 
 in the world (it will greatly improve your chances of getting a spot as w
 e know you’ve actually read the info). Don’t forget to also include ho
 w many spots you’ll have in your car if applicable\, dietary requirement
 s\, and if you will only be attending one of the days.\n\n\n\n\nWhat if I 
 just want to come and camp\, but not go on trips?\n\nThis is totally alrig
 ht\, just let us know in your signup comment that you are only coming to c
 amp. We will also release a Camping Only Event closer to the weekend. Note
 \, you can’t change your mind about this when you get to Boree Log becau

 power at the campground. And yes we have been asked this before\n\nQ: Are 
 there any toilet facilities?\n\nA: There are drop toilets. No running wate
