DESCRIPTION:\n\nHey all\,\n\nVicky and I will be running a more advanced ca
 ve (which I will decide on later\, but it will be awesome). As this cave w
 ill 100% involve some abseiling and prussiking (whooooooo!)\, you will nee
 d to have both a) some caving experience (to convince me you will not have
  a panic attack after we rap into a cave) and b) some ropework experience 
 (so that I don't have to teach you how to abseil/prussik in a cave). I may
  make exceptions on a case-by-case basis\, so message me if you are want t
 o come but don't fit this criteria (Ewa Marzena on FB).\n\nYou will need: 
 normal caving gear (e.g.\, helmet)\, as well as vertical caving gear (e.g.
 \, ascenders)\, and cave snacks. I will probably write a more comprehensiv
