SUMMARY:BOREE LOG SUNDAY: Beginner Climbing at Mt Alex
DESCRIPTION:TRIP FULL\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nHey guys\,\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDavid\, Mac an
 d I will be running a beginner climbing trip to Mt Alex ( Can see some of 
 the climbs here). There are plenty of climbs for all levels: you can parti
 cipate even if you have never climbed before! :) We will be setting up top
  ropes\, but feel free to lead with your own gear as well.\n\nMt Alex is o
 n the way back to Sydney\, so we will pack up camp and then bring all our 
 belongings with us.\n\nPlaces are limited to 15 people.\n\nWHAT TO BRING:\
 n\n(FREE to borrow from the club on sunday morning):\n\n	Helmet\n	Harness\
 n	Rock climbing shoes\n	Locking biner and belay device\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWhat 
 you will need to bring yourself:\n\n	Water (at least 1.5L)\n	sunscreen\n	C
 halk (optional)\n	headtorch (bring if you have one)\n	Food (enough to last
  a whole day\, including any snacks to share!)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nFeel free to 
 message us with any questions you might have. Also please message us your 
 experience and whether you have a car.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nYou will need to be s
