SUMMARY:(FULL) BOREE LOG SATURDAY: Beginner Canyon - Twister/Rocky (Trip 1 
 of 2)
DESCRIPTION:Hey guys\,\n\nMiley and I will be running a beginner canyoning 
 trip this Saturday as part of boree log: Twister/Rocky (http://ozultimate.
 com/canyoning/track_notes/twister.htm). Transport and other details will b
 e worked out in a group facebook convo. You can only attend this trip if y
 ou have signed up and successfully attending the main Boree log trip.\n\nY
 ou will need to be fairly fit (a bit of walking) and not too scared of hei
 ghts - there will be some jumps and slides into the water!\n\nMESSAGE ME I
 F YOU HAVE A CAR (on facebook).\n\n\nDescription:\n\nGenerally in canyons\
 , you have a bit of a walk in from the road until you reach the canyon ent
 rance (usually a stream). We then put our wetsuits on and follow the strea
 m down\, jumping and sliding into pools. We then have a bit of lunch in th
 e sun (if we are lucky!) and continue on for the remainder of the canyon\n
 \nGear you will need !\n\n	Wetsuit*\n	Shorts to wear over your wetsuit to 
 protect it (they will be getting wet and scratched)\n	Helmet*\n	Woolen soc
 ks (do not wear cotton or your feet will be VERY VERY cold)\n	Enclosed sho
 es (these are going to get wet and muddy. You can buy cheap ones from k-ma
 rt or big w)\n	at least 2L of water\n	Lunch\n	Snacks (for your leaders!)\n
 	Backpack (That you dont mind getting wet and can fit all your things)\n	D
 ry bag (these are waterproof bags that go in the backpack to keep your thi
 ngs dry. You can get them at mountain designs for about $20. We also get 2
 0% discount there - otherwise there might be enough to share).\n	Torch (so
 me kind of lighting device should be brought in the dry bag in the case we
  run out of sunlight!)\n	Dry thermals (top and bottom if you are the type 
 that gets easily cold)\n	Dry clothes\, shoes and towel (we will leave thes
 e in the car to get changed into on the way back)\n	Petrol money for your 
 driver.\n\n*You can hire these items for free on the day. But please bring
  your own if you have it. There may be a limited supply!\n\n\nLet us know
