  to wear over the wetsuit – we don’t want the seat of the club wetsuit
 s to wear out on the slides! (seriously\, you may not get to wear a club w
 etsuit if you don’t have something to wear over it)\n 	HELMET\n 	Closed 
 shoes (volleys are pretty good if you are at a loss) and WOOLLEN socks\n 	
 Dry warm clothing (in a dry bag)\n 	Rain jacket/windbreaker if you have it
  + beanie if you get cold easily\n 	lunch and water\n 	head torch (also in
  dry bag) with full/spare batteries\n 	backpack to carry it all in\n 	WETS
 UIT (and ideally thermals to wear underneath and windbreaker/rainjacket + 
 beanie\, especially if you get cold easily)\n\nBtw\, cotton does not retai
 n heat once it gets wet so avoid cotton pls 😊
