DESCRIPTION:To those of you familiar\, no description is required. To the n
 ew people Boree Log is the club’s bi-annual trip where EVERYONE is enco
 uraged to come out to the great outdoors to participate in Climbing\, Cany
 oning\, Bushwalking\, Caving\, Slack-lining or whatever takes your fancy!
  Never mind if you have no experience with these things\, this is your cha
 nce to give it a go!\n\n(like all our trips you need to be a current membe
 r though)\n\nLOCATION: \n\nNewnes campground\, Wolgan Road\, Wolgan Valle
 y\, Wollemi National Park\n\nSCHEDULE:\n\n	FRIDAY NIGHT:\n\n	Everyone driv
 es to the wolgan and camps (Newnes campground). You will be expected to ar
 range your own lifts on the Boree Log FB transport Page.\n	There is no cel
 l service at the campsite so keep this in mind!\n\n\n	SATURDAY DAYTIME:\n\
 n	Climbing/canyoning/bushwalking/Slacklining/Caving – whatever you sign 
 up for (note that you need to sign up to THIS EVENT to get a spot on Boree
  Log\, and then you need to SIGN UP SEPARATELY to individual trips posted 
 on this website)\n	*Food is only provided on Saturday night. PLEASE BRING 
 YOUR OWN FOOD for the rest of the weekend!\n\n\n	SATURDAY NIGHT: THEMED PA
 RTY NIGHT!\n\n	On Saturday night we’ll feast (provided)* and partaaaaay!
 \n	Theme: Medieval - think serfs\, knights\, dragons\, queens and archers 
 - just channel Game of Thrones and you'll be sweet (yes you're expected to
  come in costume. Yes the rest of us will be in costume too)\n	There will 
 also be Punch of Punishment. Don’t forget to nominate any friends who ha
 ve done silly or humorous things during the year!\n	BYO alcohol folks\n\n\
 n	SUNDAY DAYTIME:\n\n	Climbing/canyoning/bushwalking/Slacklining/Caving 
 – whatever you sign up for (note that you need to sign up SEPARATELY to 
 individual trips)\n	And driving back to Sydney (your responsibility to arr
 ange transport with those on the same trips as you)\n\n\n\nSO WHAT DO I NE
 ED TO DO?:\n\n	Login to the website. Sign up to this Boree Log event. wait
  for approval**\n	Once your spot has been approved\, LOOK OUT FOR INDIVIDU
 AL TRIPS on Sat/Sun to be posted (usually about 1.5 weeks before the event
 ) - sign up to these on the website + MESSAGE TRIP LEADER your details (es
 p your experience level and whether or not you have a car!!)\n	Arrange tra
 nsport (see BL Transport Page)\n	Wait for approval from individual trips. 
 ONCE ONE TRIP IS APPROVED CANCEL OTHER BOOKINGS IMMEDIATELY so that others
  have a chance to sign up.\n	Go shopping for gear the club doesn't provide
  (e.g. sleeping mats\, sleeping bag\, thermals\, drybag for canyoners etc.
 ) + make sure you have food and alcohol and WATER for the weekend + get a 
 COSTUME!!\n	Come along\, meet new people and have fun! :D\n\nWHAT TO BRING
 :\n\nBRING WATER!! -  NO WATER PROVIDED AT CAMPSITE\n\n*Food is only prov
 ided on Saturday night. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN FOOD for the rest of the wee
 kend!\n\nIf you don’t know what to bring\, here’s a useful guide (http
 ://unswoc.org/wordpress/events-18/boree-log-packing-list/ ) The club will
  be able to provide you technical equipment\, but if you have your own wet
 suits\, harnesses\, misc climbing gear etc.\, please bring it\, because su
 pplies are limited. The club will also have a number of tents for people t
 o sleep in\, but again\, if you have your own\, bring it also. The club ha
 s NO sleeping mats or sleeping bags. It’ll be colder than in Sydney\, so
  at least bring a dooner and a cheap yoga mat from kmart if you don’t ha
 ve a sleeping bag.\n\nIf you are canyoning\, try to bring your own wetsuit
  because the club can't guarantee we'll have enough/your size\n\nNote: \n\
 nToilet facilities - drop toilets. No running water.\n\nNo electricity (so
  no\, don't bring your hairdryer)\, and No microwaves (yes we've been aske
 d both those questions before! :P)\n\n**take note that even if the website
  shows '10 spaces left' or whatever\, there could still be more people tha
 n that in the waiting list before you (that haven't been approved yet). So
  don't assume you have a spot til you get confirmation\n\nCOST:\n\nNo camp
 ing fees\n\nIf you car share: Petrol for your driver (arrange this with th
 e driver ahead of time and BRING THE CASH)\nATTENTION: PLEASE TICK THE BO
 XES for 'car' and 'experience level' before clicking 'attend trip'!\n&nbsp
