DESCRIPTION:Hey everyone\,\n\nDion and I will be running Ranon Canyon for 
 the Boree Saturday. It's a beautiful canyon with a lot of scrambling and t
 echnical abseils and a long walk out involving swimming again. It's a big 
 day and we want to be back for dinner so you have to be fit and comfortabl
 e with canyoning and abseiling. Please send me (Brendan) a message if you 
 sign up but I don't know your experience.\n\nWe'll be leaving camp 7:30am 
 so be up and bags packed then!\n\nYou'll need all your own gear:\nWetsuit\
 , helmet\, 2 biners\, safety sling\, descender\, harness\, drybag\, at LEA
 ST 2L water\, back up dry jumper (not cotton)\, HEADTORCH\, lots of food/s
