DESCRIPTION:\n\nNB: COMMENTS WITH APPLICATION ARE A MUST\, please read all 
 the way through.Hey Folks!\nCindy and I (Zee) will be down in Bungonia thi
 s weekend and thought to run a trip on Saturday for some caving. This trip
  would suit those with their own gear.\nAs of yet\, we are unsure which ho
 les we will poke our heads into but they may include abseiling and ascendi
 ng\, thus experience with rope is preferred. There will definitely be dust
 \, crawling\, squeezing and scrambling.\n\n\n                   
                                                  
          Sauce: BBC Science FocusWe are planning to drive down Friday
  night and camp but you can drive down Saturday morning.  Bungonia has a 
 luxurious campground\, with hot showers\, a kitchen and toilet.  Coming F
 riday evening is an option however you need to be prepared for some fairly
  chilly weather (-5c to -10c sleeping bags recommended).\nWhat YOU need to
  bring:\n\n 	Enclosed grippy shoes\n 	Long sleeved clothes/long pants that
  you are comfortable getting dirty/will keep you warm for a full day in th
 e cave\n 	Gloves (gardening gloves are best)\n 	Soft knee pads and elbow p
 ads are nice\n 	Helmet*\n 	Harness*\n 	Descender* (Figure 8/raprack etc.)\
 n 	Prusik/biner*\n 	Sling/biner (safety)*\n 	Set of ascenders*\n 	Headtorc
 h\n 	Spare batteries for headtorch or secondary torch\n 	Food/snacks for t
 he day\n 	At least 1L water\n 	Emergency blanket\n 	Small bag to carry eve
 rything\n 	Personal medications\n\n*We will bring a couple of spares\n\nEv
 en if you aren't camping\, bringing a change of clothes and toiletries for
  a shower after are a great idea.\n\nSo we know you got this far please in
 clude in the comment your experience (outdoors background and whether you 
 have any caving/abseiling/ascending experience)\, where you would be leavi
