DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the introduction of the UNSWOC beanie grant\, snow an
 d ice have made a come back to the club - get excited!! It is compulsory t
 hat you have attended an intro to snow and ice workshop or contacted me se
 parately in order to attend this trip.\n\nThe plan is drive down on Friday
  morning\, walk to Blue Lake and set up camp. We'll spend Saturday doing s
 ome ice climbing and then get an early night ready for more ice climbing o
 n Sunday. We'll then walk out in the arvo on Sunday and drive back to Sydn
 ey on Sunday evening.\n\nPrevious snow experience is preferred and it is b
 eneficial if you are comfortable lead climbing outdoors. Please detail any
  snow\, hiking\, climbing\, skiing or general outdoors experience in the c
 omments :)\n\nYou will NEED the following equipment for the trip:\n\n 	Cra
 mpons*\n 	Ice tools*\n 	Mountaineering boots/crampon compatible touring bo
