DESCRIPTION:Cascade Falls\n\n\nOn Sunday\, Oliver and I (Nick) will be lead
 ing a trip through Cascade Falls canyon. It is a day with plenty of abseil
 s to practice your abseiling technique on. All abseils can be walked aroun
 d\, so if you're not up to one of them\, we can find you a way around\, so
  that you can continue the canyon.\n\nFor this trip you will need:\n\n 	2L
  Water\n 	Suitable lunch\n 	Wetsuit *\n 	Helmet *\n 	Harness *\n 	Descendi
 ng device (ATC or Figure 8) *\n 	Sling *\n 	3 x Locking carabiners *\n 	Dr
 ybag *\n 	Backpack (20L+ will do)\n 	Old pair of shorts or boardshorts (th
 ese go over your wetsuit to protect the wetsuit).\n 	Comfortable shoes tha
 t will get wet.\n 	Rainjacket (keep in your drybag)\n 	Emergency blanket *
  (these can be purchased for $5 on Saturday morning for you to keep. This 
 is wholesale cost price.)\n\nItems with a (*) can be borrowed from UNSWOC 
 on Sunday morning.\n\nPlease leave a comment with how keen you are and a
 ny outdoors experience you're had in the past.\n\nAdditionally we will be 
 organising COVID safe transport back to Sydney right from the event\, so p
 lease let us know if you have a car and how many spaces you have in the co
