DESCRIPTION:Hey y’all\, it seems canyoning season is upon us!\n\nDion an
 d I will be leading Bell Creek Canyon for beginners on Saturday 16th Sep (
 with camping Friday night).\n\nBell Creek is a super beautiful canyon (giv
 en a 10/10 rating on OzUltimate!)\, and an awesome place to start or conti
 nue your canyoning career. There are some tricky slippery scrambles and cl
 imb downs as well as a steep walk out\, so general fitness/coordination is
  required. We will be taking lilos in the the canyon to make things a litt
 le less chilly.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nYOU WILL NEED:\n\nHelmet*\n\nWetsuit*\n\nDou
 ble layers of thermals &amp\; beanie (no cotton!)\n\nSocks (thick wool one
 s are best)\n\nHeadtorch\n\nDry bag if you have one (otherwise like 8 plas
 tic bags for your lunch to go in)\n\nRunners or volleys to get wet and hik
 e in for like 10hrs\n\n2L water bottle lunch and lots of chocolate\n\nIN A
 DDITION:\n\nTent*\n\nSleeping mat*\n\nSleeping bag*\n\nDinner/breakfast an
 d cooking implements\n\nWarm clothes. Like real warm. Like I'm be wearing 
 a wool sweater and two puffer jackets when camping.\n\n* = can borrow from
