DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nHey all!\n\nCome join Nadav and I at Coinslot Canyon
  at the Capertee Valley this weekend if you're keen to freeze your socks o
 ff for some fantastic abseiling and views at the second widest canyon in t
 he world (second to the Grand Canyon)!\nBehold\, the Coinslot!:\n\n\nAs Ca
 pertee Valley is quite a bit of a drive\, the plan is to camp at Coorongoo
 ba campground on Saturday night and heading off to the canyon Sunday morni
 ng\, returning Sunday night. This is a beginner / intermediate trip - expe
 ct some thigh deep wading in the canyon (it will be cold!)\, and perhaps s
 ome bush-bashing as well 🙃.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWhat you need:\n\n 	harness*\
 n 	helmet*\n 	Prusik + biner*\n 	safety sling + biner*\n 	Figure 8 device 
 (or similar) + biner*\n 	Emergency blanket* (compulsory for all club canyo
 ns\, can be bought from the gear cupboard for $5)\n 	Backpack\n 	headtorch
  (if you don’t have a head torch\, bring at least some kind of torch –
  it gets dark early these days!)\n 	drybag* (this is important for spare c
 lothes and your food)!\n 	sneakers that can get trashed\n 	Woollen/synthet
 ic socks\n 	Headtorch\n 	Thermals and warm clothes to wear that can get we
 t (no cotton!)\n 	spare set of thermals to carry in your drybag (for emerg
 encies)\n 	Raincoat / windbreaker\n 	Breakfast\, lunch and snacks!\n 	at l
 east 2l of water\n 	dry clothes and shoes for the car ride back\n 	No cott
 on (it gets very cold when wet)\n 	Camping Gear\n\n 	tent*\n 	sleeping ba
 g*\n 	sleeping mat*\n 	dinner\n 	whatever else you like to bring camping\n
 \n\n 	Personal tropical Queensland weather system :D\n\nItems with an aste
 risk (*) can be borrowed from the gear cupboard.\n\nIn the comments plea
