SUMMARY:Beginners hike - Berowra to Cowan
DESCRIPTION:Hey guys!\n\nOn Saturday the 28th of March I will be running th
 e Berowra to Cowan hike\, which is a section of the Great North walk. This
  is an amazing hike which explores the ridges and valleys surrounding Bero
 wra waters. You will experience beautiful flora\, stunning views and maybe
  even a swim at lunch time (\;\n\nThe hike is 6 hours long and we'll be st
 arting at 10 AM and finishing around 4 PM\n\nYOU WILL NEED TO BRING:\n\n\n
 	Water! - You will need ATLEAST 2 Litres of water. There will also be a pl
 ace to refill halfway through the hike but bring 2L just in case!\n	Sunscr
 een - Australian sun is brutal. You will need to apply every 3 hours or so
 .\n	Hiking clothes - Be logical. Wear comfortable shoes like joggers or hi
 king shoes. Bring light clothes because you'll get hot hiking\, BUT also b
 ring a jumper in case of bad weather. Bring a hat.\n	Lunch and snacks - Al
 ong with lunch you'll probably want to bring two snacks. However\, if you 
 prefer\, there is a café at our lunchspot so you can buy your lunch. Stil
 l pack some snacks.\n	swimmers! - Our lunch spot will be next to a large s
 alt water lake and you don't have to but I will definitely go swimming!\n	
 Finally you'll need a backpack to carry all of these things.\n\nTRANSPORT:
 \n\n	TRAIN - the train we are catching will leave from Central station a
 t 8:45 AM from platform 12. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ATLEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY
 . I will be getting there at 8:30 and you should try to do the same. If yo
 u miss the train the next one will leave from platform 16 at 8:58 AM. If t
 his happens PLEASE CALL ME as your train will arrive at 10:07 and we'll ha
 ve to wait for you. (0408370536)\n	CAR -  If you'd prefer to drive we wil
 l be meeting at Berowra train station at 9:30 AM and leaving for the hike 
 at 10 AM. There is free  parking at the train station. If you are going t

 URN - People are obviously returning to different places so you will have 
 to organise your own transport. We finish the hike at Cowan train station 
 which has trains to Central. I will be catching this train but departing b
