 ess that fits you*\n 	Wetsuit*\n 	Boardshorts (to go over your wetsuit to 
 protect it)\n 	Helmet*\n 	Runners\n 	Backpack (20L to 40L) Enough to fit y
 our wetsuit in it as you may be carrying your wetsuit for part of the day.
