SUMMARY:Beginners Abseiling (rapelling)
DESCRIPTION:Beginners abseiling trip this Saturday.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIntending
  to do the Castle Head abseiling trip. The plan is to catch the 7:10am tr
 ain from Central to Katoomba\, then walk 40mins out to Narrowneck and  do
  the abseil. We will then walk back to Katoomba and have dinner in the pub
  before we catch the train home. No abseiling experience is required\, how
 ever common sense is!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe trip will run\, rain\, hail or shi
 ne so you will need the following:\n\n	2l of water\;\n	Food for lunch and 
 morning tea\;\n	rain jacket and warm cloths\;\n	harness\, helmet and absei
 l device (let me know if you need this equipment)\;\n	sturdy walking shoes
  (no thongs\, sandals or crocks)\;\n	warm thing for your head\;\n	money fo
 r train and beer(afterwards)\; and\,\n	backpack for all ya' crap.\n\nmy ph
