DESCRIPTION:*****TRIP NOW CLOSED\n\nSo due to a fair bit of interest in com
 ing cycling in Tassie over summer we’re going to have a beginner’s cyc
 le touring weekend. Basically if you’d like to come to Tassie you need t
 o come to this in order to make sure you have all your gear sorted and a g
 ood idea of the level of fitness required. (If you’re not planning to co
 me to Tassie –but would like to come anyway you’re more than welcome.)
 \n\nThe route will be from Bomaderry to Bundeena\, camping at the Bulli be
 ach tourist park on Sat night.  Map is here https://goo.gl/maps/eUWb0 Ca
 mping will need to be booked in advance.  Hence I will close the trip two
  weeks before in order to confirm numbers.\n\nDepart: Central station 07:2
 9 on train for Bomaderry\n\nReturn via ferry from Bundeena to Cronulla and
  return train to Central (or home).\n\nEssentially you need:\n\n-bike with
 :\n\n	many gears so that you can ride up hills whilst loaded with all your
  gear (eg mountain bike or hybrid rather than most road bike gearing ratio
 s is preferred)\n	pannier rack\n	reliable tyres and a spare tube\n	pannier
  bags packed with your food and camping gear for the weekend\n	strong and 
 keen legs\n\nWe will have a bike prep session where you can bring your bik
 e in and we’ll go over the brakes\, tyres\, set-up etc to make sure you
 ’re set to go\, I will bring a tool kit that everyone can use.\n\nIf you
  have any questions\, please email me\, you do not need experience in cycl
 e touring but you will need to be prepared to organise your own gear (this
  will be at your own cost). But once you have your own gear cycling makes 
 for very cheap holidays and weekends away!\n\nI will continue to post more
