DESCRIPTION:To kick off 2020\, Brendon\, Scott and I will be running a begi
 nners trip to Bangor West on Sunday\, an easily accessed local crag with 
 lots of bolts and a close proximity of routes at mild grades. Don’t swea
 t it if you’re new to outdoor climbing as we’ll happily teach you the 
 basics.\n\nYou will need to bring:\n\nClimbing gear:\n\n 	Harness*\n 	Clim
 bing Shoes*\n 	Chalk Bag (optional but recommended)\n 	Helmet*\n 	Carabine
 r+ATC*\n\nOther:\n\n 	At least 2L of water (use your own judgement on this
 )\n 	Food and snacks for the day\n 	Sunscreen\n 	Personal medicines (epipe
 n\, etc)\n 	Comfortable clothes to climb in\n\n(*) – Can be borrowed fro
 m the club\n\nBeginners and people with cars will be given preference.\n\n
