SUMMARY:[FULL] Beginner Canyon - Twister/Rocky Creek
DESCRIPTION:Hey all\,\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWith the weather starting to heat up ag
 ain and the days getting longer\, we are running the first club canyon of 
 the term!! Alfie and I (Daniel) will be running a 2 for 1 canyon special t
 hrough Twister and Rocky Creek this coming Saturday. Get ready for jumps a
 nd slides galore\, followed by some of the best quality slot canyon around
 . This canyon contains no abseils so our packs will be lighter!\n\n&nbsp\;
 \n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nFor those new to the club or sport\, canyoning is all a
 bout finding a river that flows down through a narrow gorge in the earth. 
 You'll get to jump\, slide\, scramble and swim your way down through this 
 narrow canyon while admiring the beautiful rock formation\, ferns and moss
 . Many canyons also involve abseiling down waterfalls\, but not this one\,
  making Twister/Rocky a bit more accessible for newcomers! But don't let t
 hat fool you experienced canyoners\, Rocky creek is a stunning slot and ge
 ts a 10/10 score.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWhat we'll be doing:\n\n 	10am meet up at 
 the carpark\, located at -33.28541\, 150.28516\n 	Walk 500 m to Twister Cr
 eek\n 	Swim\, jump and slide our way through Twister\n 	Walk 500 m more to
  the start of Rocky Creek\n 	Explore Rocky Creek\n 	Reverse back up Rocky 
 creek\n 	Walk 1.2 km back to the cars\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n 	Fo
 od (lunch\, snacks for a days exercise)\n 	Water (2L)\n 	Old sneakers or o
 ther grippy shoes that may get trashed\n 	Wetsuit*\n 	Helmet*\n 	Dry bag*\
 n 	Emergency blanket*\n 	A set of dry clothes to walk in/out with\n 	Therm
 als and a jumper (to stay warm in an emergency)\n 	(Optional) canyon bag*\
 n\n*Can be borrowed from the gear cupboard\, free with a deposit for a clu
 b trip. Emergency blankets are an exception but can be bought at the cupbo
 ard for $5.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPlease comment below your canyoning experience (
