DESCRIPTION:Come join Zee\, Elliot and I on a canyon this Saturday with a s
 eries of abseils and beautiful scenery!\n\nWhat you need to know? Expect a
  great day canyoning for around 8 hours\, a walk up the river at the end\,
  and a scramble to exit.\n\nEssential gear:\n\n 	Space blanket/emergency b
 lanket (mandatory!).\n 	Headlamp (mandatory) w/ batteries\n 	Lunch/snacks 
 and water (2L) for 8 hrs of potential canyoning. Fuelling yourselves is es
 sential\n 	Spare dry clothes/thermals/jumper/beanie (a second set can also
  be left in the car to change into after)\n 	Dry bag to keep electronics/s
 pare clothes dry.\n 	Appropriate clothing - NO COTTON - when wet it loses 
 heat fast! Think hiking/nylon clothes with boardies/swim shorts to protect
  wetsuit from damage.\n 	Shoes with good grip and suitable for water - tra
 iners with warm (non cotton) socks.\n 	Wet-suit (BYO if you have one\, els
 e borrow from Gear Shed)\n 	Wet-suit booties/gloves or wool socks (If you 
 have them)\n 	Helmet (BYO if you have one\, else borrow from Gear Shed)\n 
 	Harness (BYO if you have one\, else borrow from Gear Shed)\n 	Descender/ 
 Figure 8 and Karabiner (BYO if you have one\, else borrow from Gear Shed)\
 n 	Safety Sling and Karabiner (BYO if you have one\, else borrow from Gear
  Shed)\n 	+30L backpack to keep your drybag/gear. Expect it to get wet/scr
