DESCRIPTION:\n\nJoin Frenchy and I (Luke) on a canyon trip this Saturday ex
 ploring the spectacular upper reaches of Bowens Creek!\n\nExpect a great d
 ay canyoning for around 8 hours with plenty of bushwalking\, rock scrambli
 ng\, cold swims\, and abseiling.\n\nPlease make sure you bring ALL gear li
 sted below!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nGear available to borrow from the Gear Cupboard:
 \n\n 	Harness\n 	Helmet\n 	3x locking carabiners\n 	1x Figure 8 / Descend
 er\n 	1x Safety sling\n 	Drybag\n 	Wetsuit\n 	Emergency blanket – (can b
 uy from Gear Cupboard for $5 or from chemists\, shops\, etc)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\
 nOther gear you MUST bring:\n\n 	Backpack that can fit ALL your gear and 
 that can get wet (30L+)\n 	Clothing:\n\n 	Enclosed shoes with good grip\, 
 suitable for water and bushwalking\n 	Wool or neoprene socks\n 	Boardshor
 ts to wear on top of wetsuit (compulsory to protect the club wetsuits)\n 
 	Thermals and raincoat\n 	Swimmers for under wetsuit\n 	NO COTTON! (this 
 includes socks\, shirts\, pants\, undies\, etc)\n\n\n 	Food:\n\n 	2L of wa
 ter\n 	Lunch\n 	Snacks to share!\n\n\n 	Other:\n\n 	Medication (asthma puf
