SUMMARY:[Beginner] Bugonia Caving Trip - Cave B4-5
DESCRIPTION:Huzzah everyone!\n\nThis Saturday\, Zee and I will be heading d
 own south to Bungonia for some caving. We will be visiting B4-5 (Aka Fossi
 l Cave and Hogan's Cave)/\n\nThis is a beginner friendly trip that will be
  packed with scrambling\, squeezing\, crawling and marvelling! Be prepared
  to confront your fear of small places\, darkness\, heights\, dust and hot
  showers! There will be no ropework on this trip\, and is suitable for ene
 rgetic and enthusiastic explorers of all skill levels. Whether you are new
  to caving all together or would like to learn more about this gnarly spor
 t\, sign ups can be found below.\n\nWe will be meeting up at the Bungonia 
 Campground on Saturday Morning (approx 2 hours drive south). Bungonia is o
 ne of the best campgrounds around\, with hot showers\, a kitchen and prope
 r toilets - feel free to come down and camp overnight! I've heard that the
 re are some lovely hikes in the area as well (just keep an eye out for hol
 es in the ground!)\n\n\n\nAs seen above\, the caves can get dirty! keep th
 is in mind when deciding on your gear for the day!\n\nWhat YOU need to bri
 ng:\n\n 	Enclosed shoes\n 	Long sleeved clothes/long pants that you are co
 mfortable getting dirty! (there may be club overalls available to be borro
 wed)\n 	Helmet (available to be borrowed from the club)\n 	Headtorch\n 	Sp
 are batteries for headtorch\n 	Secondary torch\n 	food/snacks for the day\
 n 	at least 1L water\n 	sunscreen/sunglasses/a big floppy hat to keep the 
 cave sun off ya\n 	small bag to carry everything\n 	personal medications\n
 \nAs there are hot showers available at the campground\, I would also sugg
 est bringing a towel\, change of clothes to fully experience the available
  amenities!\n\nPlease include in the comment: your experience (outdoors b
 ackground and whether you have any caving experience)\,  whether you hav
 e a car and how many people you can take OR where you need a lift from\, a
 nd name your favourite kind of phobia (just so we know you have read all o
