  Lindfield Rocks (a popular North Shore bouldering crag -  10 minutes wal
 k from Lindfield Station) where Alfie\, Angela and I (Linna) will be teac
 hing you the basics of:\n\n\n 	Rope types\, safety\, and storage\n 	Knots\
 n 	Abseiling calls/signals\n 	"ABCDE” Safety Check\n 	Belaying (top\, bo
 ttom\, third hands)\n 	Single/Double Rope Technique\n 	Abseiling using mul
 tiple descenders including:\n\n 	ATC\n 	GriGri\n 	Figure 8\n 	Modified 8\n
  	Rap Rak\n 	+ more\n\n\n\n*We will provide training material that must be
  read before the workshop\n\nPlease bring the following equipment:\n\n 	Ha
 rness\n 	Helmet\n 	Safety sling\n 	Descenders if you have any (we will pro
 vide some)\n 	Prusiks if you have any\n 	2 x Locking Carabiners\n 	Comfort
 able enclosed shoes\n 	Water to stay hydrated as it'll be a hot day\n\nIf
