SUMMARY:Advanded Canyoning - A Surefire Heart Attack!
DESCRIPTION:The plan is to head up on Friday night and walk out along the f
 ire trail to the junction that turns off to Surefire and Heart Attack cany
 ons. We will camp there and do one of them on Saturday and the other on Su
 nday. Hoping to make early starts from camp each morning (7:30 ish). We wi
 ll not be returning to the cars between canyons. This trip will not be for
  the faint of heart\, and you must be able to commit to the whole weekend
