 n\nA 6hr beginner-friendly rogaine is coming up in next month\, and it wou
 ld be great to see some UNSWOC faces there 😁\n\n\nWhat is a rogaine?\n\
 nEssentially a treasure hunt in the bush! You’ll get to put your navigat
 ion skills to the test\, using only a map and compass to find marked locat
 ions to score points. You’ve only got 6 hours though\, so don’t be bac
 k late!\nIf you’ve never tried rogaining before\, this is a great first 
 event! It combines a lovely course in pretty national park\, and the tradi
 tional rogaine environment (bush bashing).\n\n\n\n\n\nMore details here: W
 hat is Rogaining?.\n\n\n 	When? 11am to 5pm\, Saturday 25 July\n 	Where? O
 lney State Forest and the Watagans - ~2hrs north\n 	How much? $80 for a st
 udent concession\, else $120.\n 	Signups close? Saturday 11th July (so we
  can organise teams)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAmazing – how do I sign up?\n\n\nThe 
 purpose of creating an UNSWOC event is to try and encourage as many UNSWOC
 er’s to get involved as possible! It means we can help club members find
  a team and perhaps even have some friendly intra-club competition 😉\n\
 nIf you would like to participate in the event\, but do not have a team\, 
 don't worry! Sign up to this event and I’ll organise club teams.\n\nOnce
  the teams have be sorted\, you’ll be responsible for signing up to the 
 official event here: 2026 NSW State Champs - Lake Macquarie. If you alread

  will feature a relatively level novice and family -friendly section that
  will dance through mature pines with an understory of wildflowers. There
 ’ll be multitudes of tracks around the start location. You will see wall
 abies\, wombats\, bandicoots\, and especially goannas everywhere. The long
 er event options will incorporate several awesome plummeting waterfalls\, 
 water junctions\, gullies of towering blue gums and eucalypt forest\, and 
 deeply seated pockets of untouched remnant rainforest. You’ll be zigzagg
 ing areas of the Great North Walk.
